Interventionen im öffentlichen Stadtraum. Temporäre Aufschichtungen aus gefundenen Objekten und Materialien.

Eine blonde Frau in einer Bauarbeiterweste. Punktuell und blitzartig taucht sie im Straßensystem der Städte auf und hinterlässt Spuren: Auf Straßen und Gehwegen fügt sie Material zu hügelförmigen Aufbauten zusammen, die auf die Gegebenheiten des Stadtviertels reagieren. Sie schichtet und stapelt Sperrmüll, Müllsäcke, Pappen, Kunststoffe, Kartons, Holz, Steine, Restaurantstühle und Schrott, legt sie übereinander und türmt sie auf. Sie verwendet das Material, das ihr die Stadtbewohner zurücklassen und ihr damit als Baumaterial bereitstellen. Vor dem Abtauchen fotografiert die Akteurin die Hügel. Dann verschwindet sie schnell und zieht weiter.

Wachsam durchstreift sie die Städte bei Tag und Nacht, ist immer „ready to build“. Ihr Jagdgrund ist die Stadt. Sie ist ein Maulwurf in der Stadt.

Interventions in public space

A blond woman wearing a construction worker vest. A punctual, fulgurous appearance marks her actions and interventions in public urban space. She appears in the road system of cities leaving traces: On streets and sidewalks, she piles up the urban material to hilly structures, responding to the realities of the city district and urban space.

She layers and stacks bulky waste, garbage, packaging material, wood, stones and scrap metal. She is using the material the urban dwellers leave behind and thereby provide the bases for her activities. Before disappearing, she takes a photo of the hills. Afterwards she further moves on.

Roaming through cities she is always ready to build. Vigilantly she moves through the streets by day and night. Her hunting ground is the city. She is a mole in the city.
